CINNAMON YEAST ROLLS
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
7 c. flour (about)
1 c. warm water
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 to 4 well beaten eggs

Dissolve yeast in water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Scald milk. Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Add yeast mixture and eggs, stir well. Add enough flour as needed to make stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until no longer sticky. Place in well greased bowl, turn to grease top. Cover and let rise until double in size.

Punch down and divide in 2 parts. Roll each out into oblong shape and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up as for jelly roll and slice in 1 inch slices. Place on well greased pan or cookie sheet and let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When cool, ice with powdered sugar, milk and vanilla icing.
