1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
1 round loaf of bread

Mix all ingredients together and chill for a few hours. Break out middle of round loaf of bread. Pour chilled mixture into loaf. Arrange bread pieces around loaf and serve.
