RUM BUNDT CAKE 
1 pkg. fudge cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant fudge pudding mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. rum
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for about 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat at medium speed for 8 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes, invert onto plate to cool more. Serve unfrosted or with whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate curls and top with a stemmed cherry.
