ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs, beat until frothy in blender

2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla

After smooth add to flour mixture.

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Grease 2 pans and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
