CRUNCHY CELERY CASSEROLE 
4 c. diagonally sliced celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 c. crushed buttery crackers (Ritz)
3 tbsp. melted butter

Microwave celery in even layer in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes. Stir midway. Drain. Add soup, milk and pecans and stir. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Drizzle with butter. May make ahead. Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
