BRAIDED EGG ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
3 (2 oz.) cakes yeast
1 dozen eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter

Dissolve yeast cakes in warm water. When yeast is melted, add egg, sugar, and butter. Beat all together with an egg beater. Add enough flour to make dough, about 12 cups. Let rise until doubled in size. Punch it down and shape it. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake another 5 minutes. Makes 4 dozen rolls or 1 braid and 2 dozen rolls.
