PHEASANT 
3 pheasants, cut up into pieces
1 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 shot honey
1 shot wine
1/2 can milk

1. Place flour, salt and pepper into bag for shaking. Shake pieces in flour mixture.

2. Brown pheasant pieces in frying pan with butter.

3. Mix sauce ingredients together.

4. Spread half of sauce mixture to cover the bottom of baking dish. Add pheasant and cover with remaining sauce.

5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

6. Serve with wild rice.
