BANANA SHAKE 
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. vanilla ice milk
1 small ripe banana

Blend milk and ice milk in blender at high speed until smooth. Add banana and blend for 2 or 3 seconds. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 cup per serving; 1/2 milk exchange, 1/2 bread exchange, 1/2 fat exchange and 1 fruit exchange. Contains 138 calories.
