CHOCO-LITE CAKE & CHOCO-LITE
FROSTING
 
CAKE:

1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CAKE: Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils, set aside. Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt in large mixer bowl. Stir in cocoa mixture. Add eggs and sour cream; blend well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost while still hot. Cool to serve.

FROSTING: Combine butter, milk and cocoa in small saucepan. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils. Remove from heat, combine sugar and vanilla in small mixing bowl. Add cocoa mixture. Beat until smooth.
