HONEY CRACKLE POPCORN 
3 qts. freshly popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (opt.)

In 1 quart saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and honey; turn heat up and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and boil gently for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove and add vanilla. Pour over popped corn.

Bake in preheated oven, 250 degrees, for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Put into container or plastic bag as soon as it is cool enough to handle. Will harden.
