HONEY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. honey
4 pkgs. dry yeast
5 c. white flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. molasses
3 c. warm water
5 c. whole wheat flour

Heat the milk to scalding. Add sugar, salt, butter, honey and molasses. Cool to lukewarm. Add the yeast dissolved in warm water. Blend in flour until smooth. Gradually add approximately 5 more cups of white flour. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise once. Divide into 5 loaves and let rise in loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees.
