3 c. cooked chicken breast
3/4 c. red grapes, halved and seeded
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives (optional)
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix everything except salad dressing and Cool Whip together. Bland salad dressing and cool Whip together, then mix it with everything else. Place on a bed of lettuce and serve with assorted crackers of your choice.
