BARBEQUED BEEF BRISKET | |
1 (5 pound) beef brisket. Place in foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion salt and seasoned salt (or celery salt). Pour about 1/4-1/2 bottle of Worcestershire sauce and approximately 1 small bottle liquid smoke on brisket. Marinate overnight. Bake in oven at 325 degrees about 3-4 hours. Remove from oven and drain liquids. Slice brisket hot. Pour Bar-b-que sauce over brisket. Place back in oven about 30 minutes at 275 degrees. |
