TATER TOT CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. tater tots 1 1/2 lb. ground round steak 1 yellow onion, sliced 1 c. French cut green beans, drained (reserve juice) 1 c. cream of mushroom soup Salt and pepper and garlic to taste May use 1 tablespoon onion powder, if you prefer, instead of yellow onion. Saute meat, onion and seasonings until meat is not longer pink, drain all fats. Place meat mixture in 9x13 inch Pyrex. Cover with string beans, season to taste. Blanket tater tots over top to cover completely. Mix soup, can of bean juice and water, if needed, over entire top of tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbles are seed. Cover with foil when baking. |
