VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag California style frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 slices American cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook frozen vegetables until just soft. Drain. Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Heat mushroom soup with the American cheese broken up in it until cheese is melted. Pour over vegetables. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Put onion rings on top and return to oven for a few minutes to brown the onion rings. 5 servings.
