TACO DIP | |
1 (31 oz.) cold can refried beans 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded cheese 1 sm. head lettuce, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 sm. can (1 1/2 to 2 oz.) chopped black olives 1 (16 inch) flat dish DAY BEFORE: Mix sour cream with taco seasoning mix. Put beans in refrigerator. Dip instructions. Spread refried beans on dish, spread sour cream taco mix over beans, cover with lettuce and sprinkle with tomato. Cover with cheese, garnish with black olives. Serve with tostado chips. Makes 8-10 servings. |
