HAMBURGER SOUP | |
2 lb. lean ground beef 3 cans beef bouillon 3 cans water 1 can chicken broth 1 can water 2 c. cut-up celery 1 c. cut-up carrots 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. peeled tomatoes, cut up 1/2 c. salsa (med. or hot) 1/4 c. barley 1/4 c. rice Brown and drain ground beef. Add bouillon, broth and water. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer 2 hours or longer. Add any other vegetables desired and season to taste. With salsa, no salt is needed. |
