CHOCOLATE COVERED MARSHMALLOWS | |
1 can Eagle Brand milk 7 oz. marshmallow creme 18 oz. chocolate chips (lg. and sm. bag) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all the above together in a double boiler, then dip large marshmallows in this mixture with forks. Cool on waxed paper. This will coat about 1 1/2 pounds of marshmallows. |
