BEST CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. dry yeast (quick rise)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water for about 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Beat with beater. Slowly add 5 1/2 cups flour. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rise until double.

Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread butter on top of rolled dough. Sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar. Roll up like jelly roll. Slice into desired thickness and place each slice on greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Ice while hot with powdered sugar.
