RHUBARB AND STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
2 c. rhubarb, sliced
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. water

Bring to a boil. Cook for a couple minutes. Add 2 tablespoons butter and stir until melted.

1 qt. strawberries

Mix in with rhubarb mixture when cool, put in pie shell. Chill several hours. Serve with whipped cream.
