MANICOTTI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti
1 1/2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb. hamburger

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
Salt and pepper

Cook manicotti; drain. Brown hamburger; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Pour 1/2 of sauce in 11x17 inch baking dish.

Combine filling, stirring lightly. Use tsp. to fill manicotti. Arrange atop sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
