CHICKEN CRUNCH 
6 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
1 stick butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
40 Ritz crackers

Mix chicken, soup and sour cream with chopped chicken. Pour in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Crumble crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
