OLD FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. biscuit crumbs (may use bread or cake crumbs also)
4 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. coconut

Place crumbs in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, butter, and coconut. Pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until pudding is set and medium brown on top. You may substitute 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup cocoa for coconut.
