19 oz. brownie mix
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 bags mini peanut butter cups

Combine top 4 ingredients. Fill mini muffin pan with paper baking cups. Fill cups 1/2 full of mixture. Place 1 peanut butter cup on top of each. Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
