SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
2 bay leaves
1 c. flour

Pound flour into cut up pieces of meat. Brown in oil in large pot. Mix all ingredients (except flour). Pour over browned meat. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rigattoni or noodles of your choice.
