BEAN SALAD 
1 med. can French green beans (seasoned Del Monte)
3 or 4 celery stalks, diced
1/2 tsp. minced onion, diced
1 sm. can pimento, drained
1 med. cucumber, sliced
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
Sugar substitute to taste (approximately 2 tsp.)
1 tsp. salt
Garlic salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate. You may also add cauliflower and mushrooms.
