CHICKEN WITH LEMON & GARLIC 
2 chickens, skinned & cut up
10 to 12 fresh lemons, squeezed
6 cloves garlic, diced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley
Oregano
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chickens in roasting pan. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle on oregano and parsley. Sprinkle on garlic. Pour in lemon juice and water. Cook for about an hour. Serve with baked potato and choice of vegetable.
