CANAPE PUFFS 
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Stir Crisco and water over low heat until Crisco is melted. Add flour and salt all at once and beat until smooth. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Drop by 1/2 teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut off tops when cold. Fill with favorite mixture, egg salad, ham salad, etc.
