PANHELLENIC SALAD 
1 head leaf lettuce coarsely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 to 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
8 radishes, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. zucchini, sliced
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1 onion sliced into rings
1/3 lb. Feta cheese, cubed
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Greek olives
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 red bell pepper, sliced

Combine vegetables and half the Feta cheese in serving bowl. Toss to mix. Combine oil, vinegar, pepper, oregano, garlic salt and sugar in bowl; mix well. Add to salad, toss to mix. Add olives, reserving several. Mix olives into salad. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
