CHEESY MASHED POTATOES 
9 lg. potatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
Onion, finely chopped

Cook and drain potatoes. Mash. Add ingredients. Heat until smooth, light and fluffy. (This can be done ahead). Put in 2 quart greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
