WOK TACOS 
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn chips
1 pkg. taco seasoning you may add own spices or choice of avocado, sour cream, salsa, etc.

Heat oil in WOK, add beef and onion. Stir fry over high heat until ground beef is cooked and onion is soft. Drain fat. Stir in seasonings, corn, tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Lower heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in cheese and chips. Cook until cheese is partially melted. Spoon over salad and garnish.
