BLENDER CATSUP 
9 lbs. tomatoes
4 sweet peppers
4 lg. onions
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper
3 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. dry mustard

Wash and cut all vegetables. Put in blender and blend at high speed until vegetables liquefy. Pour in large kettle, add sugar, vinegar, salt and spices. Simmer uncovered until catsup is the consistency you like catsup. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 5 pints.
