FLANK STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 can beef broth or 2 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Put in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. Thicken gravy.
