QUICK BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans, divided
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted

In bowl, combine 1/2 cup pecans, graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture into 9-inch pie plate; set aside.

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle butterscotch flavored morsels
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped

In saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to boil over medium heat; boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. In blender container, combine Nestle butterscotch flavored morsels and sugar mixture. Cover; blend at high speed 30 seconds. Add eggs, salt and nutmeg. Cover; blend at high speed 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.

Fold into whipped cream. Spoon 1/2 of filling into crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top. Spoon remaining filling on top. Garnish with remaining pecans. Freeze until firm. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
