SNAPPY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 fryer, cut up and skinned
1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix salad dressing and mustard together thoroughly. Brush chicken with salad dressing mixture; coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
