JALAPENO JELLY 
1 c. Jalapeno peppers (hot)
1 med. size bell pepper
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 bottle Certa
Green food coloring

Blend peppers and 1/4 cup of vinegar together in blender.

In a heavy pot combine 4 cups sugar and remainder of vinegar (1 cup). Cook over low heat until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Add mixture from blender to pot mixture and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 or 3 minutes and cool slightly. Add 1 bottle of Certa and 2 or 3 drops of green food coloring; stir well, cool and bottle.

Serving suggestion: Serve jelly as an appetizer. Soften and 8 ounce block of cream cheese on plate. When ready to serve, pour jelly over cream cheese until the block is covered. Serve with crackers. It tastes wonderful, not spicy, just deliciously different!
