CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1/4 c. flour
4 level tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. unsalted butter (no substitutes)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, flour, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Add eggs and stir. Turn heat on medium and gradually add in milk. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture thickens, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool and pour into baked pie shell.

Can add meringue, whipped topping or eat plain.
