1 c. semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch chips (6 oz.) 2 c. chow mein noodles 1/2 c. pecan or walnut pieces (optional) Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chips. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles and, if desired, nuts until coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill for 15 minutes or until firm. Remove from refrigerator. Store loosely covered in a cool place. |
