PHEASANT - CHICKEN DELIGHT 
2-3 pkg. Budding corn beef
7 strips bacon or as many pieces for the number of meat pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Fresh mushrooms, as much as you like

Debone pheasant or chicken.

1. Season portions with salt, pepper, garlic salt, sage or poultry seasoning or any other seasonings you like.

2. Wrap piece of meat in corn beef and then wrap bacon around and place in a cake pan.

3. Bake 40 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.

4. Pour off grease, mix sour cream and soup together; sprinkle onions, celery and mushrooms in; pour mixture over top of meat and cook covered 30 more minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
