LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated rind
Unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar and eggs. Toss flour and cornmeal together. Add to sugar mixture. Gradually add milk, butter, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cornmeal rises to form a crust over pie.
