ESCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 sm. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix all together and put into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered and then 400 degrees for 5 minutes uncovered.

Serves 12.
