SUPPER ON A BREAD SLICE 
1 loaf of French bread
2/3 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker meal or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Accent
2 c. grated American cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Cut 1 loaf of French bread lengthwise. Spread mixture evenly over half of bread. Wrap each half with foil leaving the meat mixture uncovered. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with slices of cheese (tuna or Mozzarella) and bake 5 minutes longer. To serve, slice on a slant about 1 1/2 inch wide. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
