4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. meal
1 c. coconut
Pinch of salt
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into crust and cook in slow oven like egg custard.
