POTATO SALAD 
6 large red potatoes
8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. diced pickles
1 small bunch diced green onions
1 lb. crumbled cooked bacon
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes with skins on until cooked through and tender. Do not overcook. Dice boiled eggs and combine with the rest of ingredients. Cube potatoes while they are warm and add to mixture. Skins may be left on if preferred or removed before cutting into cubes.
