1 stick butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips. Then add peanut butter and Rice Chex. Pour into paper bag and add powdered sugar, shake to coat.
