OLD FASHIONED SWEET CREAM PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. sweet cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pastry for 9-inch pie crust

Blend sugar, flour and butter until consistency of cornmeal. Place over bottom of pastry-lined pie pan. Over this mixture, pour sweet cream. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees), 50 minutes.
