CHESS PIE 
1 c. butter, room temp.
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
2 uncooked pie crusts

Cream butter and sugar in mixer, adding sugar, then eggs. Next add milk, meal, vinegar and vanilla. Cinnamon and nutmeg may be added to your taste. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center.
