PULL APART CINNAMON ROLLS 
3 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
2 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
Butter
Cinnamon

Put yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Melt shortening in 3 cups scalded hot milk. Cool. Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt and yeast. Add flour to make stiff dough. Roll small pieces of dough, dip in butter, sugar and cinnamon. Place in angel food cake pan. Let rise and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. This makes 2 angel food cake pans. You may also use frozen bread dough.
