LAYERED JELLO SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) boxes Jello (any flavor)
3 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. boiling water
Whipped topping

Use a 9 x 13 pan (or comparable size Tupperware container). Make 1 layer at a time, by mixing in a blender:

1 box Jello
1 cream cheese
1 c. boiling water

Pour into pan. Chill until set (45 minutes). Mix the next layer and let cool before adding to the first layer. Repeat with as many layers as you desire. Top with whipped topping.

Special Notes: flavors of Jello should be flavors that will taste okay together, but seeing a rainbow of colors when the Jello is cut is very pretty. Colors can also be chosen around holiday themes and colors.
