BEUREGS 
1 lb. box No. 4 filo dough
6 oz. American cheese
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 handful parsley, chopped
4 oz. butter
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 lg. eggs
6 oz. muenster cheese
2 oz. Swiss cheese
1 1/2 oz. cream cheese

Mix and mash cheeses, eggs, and parsley. Use dough stored in dampened dish towel to prevent drying. On wax paper, spread a sheet of dough, sprinkle with butter, put cheese in top left corner, fold-butter-roll, place on baking sheet and brush with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.

Editor's note: Types of cheese may be varied slightly. A slightly lower oven may help to keep beureg from "leaking".
